Hello and welcome to my blog!

My name is Joanne Leith and I live in Reading, UK. I work as a food stylist and home economist for several TV cookery shows and cookbooks. I get to work with a lot of celebrity chefs, and I love it!

I have been a vegetarian for 10 years. Vegetarian food, like all food, can get a bit dull if you stick to the same old recipes, so I want to share with you classic as well as unusual recipes from all around the world. I think they’ll add a bit of variety to your repertoire.

As well as sending to my daughter… We both get bored with the same old, same old stuff and love all world ethnic foods.     I finally managed to make it onto your site, and I am kicking myself for waiting so long. I love the eductaional aspect of it! You have a lovely way of teaching without sounding like a ‘know it all’.
